This is to place on record our sincere appreciation for all the efforts put in by the Spenta staff and, more so by yourself for organising and conducting the recently concluded China, HKG., & Macao tour. We enjoyed every moment of the two weeks together and it will always remain as a memorable holiday for us. The views on aspects which you have requested us to comment are as under: Our overall experience was excellent. Your personnel touch with all the oldies in the group merits a special mention. We would certainly recommend Spenta to others. All the hotels that we were put up in were of 5 * standards, the breakfast spread was elaborate and no one can have any issue concerning the accommodation. The restaurants and meals selected were very good and a variety of fare was on offer. All the services and facilities offered were as per itinerary and the tour certainly provided value for money. Since almost all the members in the group were senior citizens, some of them must have felt tired visiting all the sites on difficult terrain. This is understandable. But you managed to keep them in good humour and keep their spirits up. God willing we may join your tours in future. Till then, Good Luck & God Bless.
