Day 1: Athens

Transfer to your hotel and the rest of the day is at leisure to explore this ancient city. Overnight in Athens.

Day 2: Athens -Acropolis-Athens

Today half day tour of Athens. Visit Acropolis. Stop at the stadium where the first Olympic Games of the modern era were held. Admire the Olympian Zeus and Hadrians Arch. At the Acropolis visit the museum, the towering entrance of Propylaia, the Temple of Nike and the most famous of Greek relics, the Parthenon. Overnight Athens.

Day 3: Athens - Mykonos

Early morning depart by speed boat for the breathtaking island of Mykonos, where you can soak up the sun and relax on the beach. Overnight in Mykonos.

Day 4: Mykonos to Santorini

Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to Mykonos port and take the speed boat to the island of Santorini. Arrive at Santorini port and transfer to the hotel. Day at leisure to explore the island. Overnight in Santorini.

Day 5: Santorini-Athens

Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to Santorini port and take the ferry boat to Athens. Arrive at the Athens port of Piraeus and transfer to the hotel. Day at leisure. Overnight in Athens.

Day 6: Delphi-Kalambaka (Meteora)

Leave from Athens & drive through the fertile plain of Beotia region, pass by the town of Thebus, Levadia and via the picturesque Village of Arachova, arrive in Delphi. Visit the archeological site and the museum of Delphi. Depart for Kalambaka, a small town situated at the foot of astonishing complex of Meteora. Overnight in Kalambaka (Meteora).

Day 7: Meteora-Thessaloniki

Visit Meteora Monasteries, among striking scenery, perched on top of huge rocks which seem to be suspended in mid-air, stand ageless monasteries, where you can see exquisite specimen of Byzantine art. Depart from Kalambaka. Drive through Trikala and Larissa. Arrive and visit the archeological site of Dion. Admire also from there the gigantic figure of Mount Olympus the highest mountain in Greece, where used to live the 12 Gods of Greek Mythology. After the visit depart for Thessaloniki, the second largest and the most vibrant city in Greece. Overnight in Thessaloniki.

Day 8: Thessaloniki-Veria-Naoussa-Edessa-Pella-Thessaloniki

Depart in the morning for a unique approach to historical Macedonia. First stop at Veria (Biblical Beroea) to visit Saint Paul’s Bema, and then stroll through the old Jewish neighborhood and the colorful market area. A walk in a city where past is present and around. Then proceed to Naoussa, to a site of exceptional beauty and importance: Aristotle’s School, the impressive scenery where the great philosopher taught ‘the doctrines of morals and politics’ to Alexander and the Macedonian youths. In only a few miles away is picturesque Edessa where we see the town’s famous landmark, the Waterfalls. Then, comes Pella, the capital of Alexander the Great. See the exquisite floor mosaics of the 4th century B.C. villas as well as in the new Museum. Return to Thessaloniki. Overnight in Thessaloniki.

Day 9:

Depart in the morning for the airport to take your flight
